Vendor Registration Form


Enclosed is a photo/video showing the kinds of items I/we intend to sell, along with a complete list of sale items. I/we understand that I/we can only sell items listed herein or subsequently approved by the event organiser.

Rate : RM180 nett (3 days). Each vendor will receive a table, 2 units of chairs and 1 unit of 13amp plug point.
NOTE: Each vendor will be responsible for their own space decoration. However only 1 standy bunting is allowed.
Application is subject to acceptance by the organiser of Garden Court Craft Market. You will be informed of your application status within 2 days of receipt of your application. Once application is accepted, you hereby agree to abide by the terms set forth in this document as a binding contract.
NOTE : Space assignments are made at the discretion of the event organiser.

Payment Information

I hereby agree to make full payment within 48 hours after receiving an email notification of my successful application. I intend to make payment via:

Operation Hours : 9am-4pm (Tuesday & Thursday)

Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this contract for whatever reason. Should the event date be affected by Movement Control Order issued by the Malaysian Government, Vendors will be advised on the new dates of the event.
